Hi my name is Federico. I have dedicated the last 12 years to studying how to change people lives.
I have delivered thousands of training sessions in two countries and I would now like to break through boundaries and reach people worldwide.
I want to give others effective solutions for a lifelong change.

I am the founder of FVfitness, a 360 degree holistic company based in London, that offers fitness services in person and online.

During my sports career and now experience I have seen so many people struggling with injuries and weight-related issues, including myself. And if you are experiencing one of these right now, we are here to help.
